What is Grover Diagnostics?
Grover Diagnostics is a premium diagnostic centre in Janakpuri, New Delhi, established in 2012. We offer 4D ultrasound, colour doppler, ECHO, ECG, digital X-ray, and more under the expert supervision of Dr. Pawan Grover (MBBS, MD Radio-Diagnosis).
Is Grover Diagnostics NABH certified?
We have applied for NABH accreditation. The process is currently in progress. We follow stringent quality standards across all services.
Where is the lab located?
We are at C4E/334, Ram Mandir Marg, Block C3A, Janakpuri, New Delhi – 110058 (next to Lenskart).
What are your working hours?
Mon–Sat: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM. Sunday & Holidays: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM. Ultrasound: Mon–Sat 10 AM – 3 PM & 6 PM – 8:30 PM; Sunday 10 AM – 1:30 PM.
Test Preparation
Do I need any preparation before an ultrasound?
Preparation varies by scan type. For abdominal ultrasound, fasting for 4–6 hours and a full bladder is recommended. For pelvic scans, a full bladder is required. Call us at 011-45610543 for specific instructions.
Do I need a doctor's prescription?
For most tests, a prescription is recommended but not always mandatory. Some tests like X-ray may require a valid prescription.
How should I prepare for an ultrasound?

Reports
How will I receive my reports?
Most reports are available the same day. You can collect printed reports directly from the lab during working hours.
How soon will I get my reports?
Ultrasound, X-ray, and ECG reports are typically available the same day. Specialised imaging may take 24–48 hours.
Payment & Refunds
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and bank transfers.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are considered case-by-case. If you cancel before sample collection, a refund may be processed within 7 working days.
